3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms include:

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, and major credit cards
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by tour operator. Generally:

• Cancellations 7+ days before: Full refund
• Cancellations 3-6 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 3 days: No refund
• Operator cancellations: Full refund

5. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Tour Operator Responsibilities

Tour operators and guides must maintain valid licenses, provide accurate tour information, ensure safety standards, and deliver services as described.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Chalogee acts as a platform connecting travelers with service providers. We are not liable for the actions, services, or conduct of tour operators, guides, or travelers. Users participate in tours at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Chalogee, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Chalogee or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
